Add milk over Weetbix and let sit for a few minutes
Meanwhile, combine the yoghurt and cacao powder. Melt the chocolate and chop the almonds
Pour the yoghurt mixture over the Weetbix base. Use a spoon to gently spread the yoghurt into an even layer. Drizzle or flick your chocolate to make a pattern. sprinkle the chopped almonds on top.
Cover and place in the fridge.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
When ready to eat, remove from fridge and dig in! These overnight Weetbix will keep covered in the fridge for up to three days.
