Ingredients
  

base

  • 2 blocks Weetbix crushed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk skim, almond ,soy etc

topping

  • 80 g yopro vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 squares dark intense 91% chocolate
  • 4 almonds

Instructions
 

  • Crush Weetbix and place in the container
  • add chia seeds
  • Add milk over Weetbix and let sit for a few minutes
  • Meanwhile, combine the yoghurt and cacao powder. Melt the chocolate and chop the almonds
  • Pour the yoghurt mixture over the Weetbix base. Use a spoon to gently spread the yoghurt into an even layer. Drizzle or flick your chocolate to make a pattern. sprinkle the chopped almonds on top.
  • Cover and place in the fridge.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  • When ready to eat, remove from fridge and dig in! These overnight Weetbix will keep covered in the fridge for up to three days.
