
Choc Nut Overnight Weetbix
Ingredients
base
- 2 blocks Weetbix crushed
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk skim, almond ,soy etc
topping
- 80 g yopro vanilla yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp cacao powder
- 1 squares dark intense 91% chocolate
- 4 almonds
Instructions
- Crush Weetbix and place in the container
- add chia seeds
- Add milk over Weetbix and let sit for a few minutes
- Meanwhile, combine the yoghurt and cacao powder. Melt the chocolate and chop the almonds
- Pour the yoghurt mixture over the Weetbix base. Use a spoon to gently spread the yoghurt into an even layer. Drizzle or flick your chocolate to make a pattern. sprinkle the chopped almonds on top.
- Cover and place in the fridge.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
- When ready to eat, remove from fridge and dig in! These overnight Weetbix will keep covered in the fridge for up to three days.
